Try to get in the habit of writing the date, event and names of the people on the back of pictures you have taken. Use an acid free pen to help preserve you photos. Many of the pictures I have inherited have names on the back, that is the only way I know who the people were. Believe me, future generations will appreciate the few minutes it takes to record the information.
